Sambal Oelek sauce is an original, Thai sauce produced from red sweet peppers chilli. He has an intense, unusually pungent, sour-salty taste. He is often applied as the substitute chilli. Perfect for meats as well as dishes with the pasta.
It is possible a little bit to temper his pungency adding of hot water or coconut milk.
