- Coconut Milk 1/2 puszki
- 2 bananas
- ½ can TaoTao coconut milk
- Wheat flour (an amount sufficient to create a thick dough)
- Cane sugar
- Rapeseed oil
Peel the bananas and cut each one into 4 pieces.
Pour the coconut milk into a bowl, add a few tablespoons of flour – enough to create a thick dough (should it become too thick, you can add a bit of water). Add the sugar and grated cinnamon.
Cover the banana pieces with the dough and fry on each side until they become golden-brown.
Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar, yoghurt, or vanilla ice cream.
