Ingredients
- Tapioca rice stick noodle 1/2 opak.
- Black chili sauce 1/2 opak.
- 1/2 pack. TaoTao rice noodles with tapioca
- 1/2 pack. TaoTao black chili sauce
- 200 g beef entrecote
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 habanero pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 spring onion
- Parsley
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Preparing

Step 1.
Cut the meat into thin strips.

Cut the peppers and carrots into thin strips, cut the spring onion into rings.

Heat the oil on a frying pan or a wok.

Add the peppers and carrots.

When the vegetables soften, add the meat.

Fry for a short amount of time to keep the vegetables crispy.

Add black chili sauce, spring onion, and parsley. Stir.

Place the rice noodles with tapioca into a bowl, fill with hot water, cover the bowl. Drain after 5 minutes.

Mix the noodles with the meat and vegetables.
