- 4 hake fillets
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 6 tablespoons TaoTao teriyaki sauce
- Garlic salt
- Chili pepper
- Cooking oil
Preparing

Step 1.
Defrost the fish if you bought it frozen, clean.

Cut length-wise into thin strips.

Cover with teriyaki sauce, sprinkle with garlic salt.

Set aside in a cool place for at least 30 minutes.

Remove the fish from the marinade, sprinkle with flour.

Beat the egg in a bowl, pour bread crumbs on a plate.

Dip the fish in egg, cover with bread crumbs.

Fry on both sides until golden-brown.
