- Soy sauce 10 ml
- Coriander lime chilli sauce 15 ml
- Rice paper 1/2 opak.
- Soy sauce 10 ml
- Chili sauce with lime and coriander 15 ml
- Rice paper 1/2 pack.
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 carrot
- Parsley
- 3 tablespoons majonezu
- 2 tablespoons sosu TaoTao soy sauce
- Black pepper
- 3 tablespoons TaoTao chili sauce with lime and coriander
- 1/2 pack. TaoTao rice paper
- 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
Preparing

Step 1.
Peel the carrot. Grate the cauliflower and carrot on a vegetable grater.

Add chopped parsley, mayonnaise, add soy sauce, pepper, and chili sauce with lime and coriander.

Step 3.
Deep-fry the rice paper until you get crisps. Place on paper towels to get rid of excess fat.

Step 4.
Transfer the cauliflower salad to a bowl next to the rice paper crisps.
