Ingredients
- Rice Stick Noodle 1/2 opak.
- Soy sauce 30 ml
- Rice noodles tagliatelle 1/2 opak.
- Soy sauce 30 ml
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 2 chicken thigh fillets
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons wheat flour
- 7 tablespoons TaoTao soy sauce
- 1/2 pack. TaoTao rice noodles tagliatelle
- 2 lemons
- 1 pot fresh coriander
- 1 leek
- 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Preparing

Step 1.
Mince the chicken breast and thighs, combine with 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of flour, and 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. Create a uniform dough.

Heat the frying pan, place a large spoonful of dough at a time, flatten to give it a pancake-shape. Fry on both sides.

In the meantime, cover the rice noodles with hot salted water, drain when soft.

Grate the lemon peel, squeeze the juice, chop the coriander. Combine.

Clean the leek, slice, braise on a frying pan, combine with the noodles, coriander ane lemon, turmeric, and the remaining soy sauce.

Serve the noodle mixture between two chicken pancakes.
