Ingredients
- 300 g white rice
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cm ginger root
- 1 red bell pepper
- ¼ Chinese cabbage
- 300 g chicken thigh meat
- 300 g spinach leaves
- ½ bottle TaoTao Chinese-style marinade
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Preparing

Step 1.
Boil the rice.

Step 2.
Cut the chicken into large pieces. Season with salt, pieprzymy, add the marinade and leave covered for at least 20 minutes (it may be left overnight) in a cool place.

Cut the cabbage and pepper into large pieces.

Step 4.
Cut the onions into strips, grate the garlic and ginger.

Step 5.
Heat the oil in a wok, add ginger and garlic. Fry. Add the onions, pepper, cabbage and chicken. Fry for about 10 minutes. Season to taste.

Serve with rice.
