- Garlic chili sauce 1 łyżeczka
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce
- 250 g green tomatoes
- 7 young beet leaves
- 10 raspberries
- 150 ml water
- 100 ml sour cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon spicy paprika
- 5-7 mint leaves
- 5-7 raspberries
Preparing

Step 1.
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, cut into smaller pieces.

Clean the beet leaves, cut into smaller pieces.

Place the tomatoes, beet leaves, and raspberries into a pot. Add sugar, cover with water.

Cook on low heat until the tomatoes fall apart.

Cool down, blend.

Add sour cream, salt, pepper, paprika, TaoTao fish sauce, and TaoTao garlic chili sauce. Stir, set aside for a few hours.

Place the raspberries and mint leaves on a skewer.
