- 1 leek – white part
- 2 scallions
- 4 cm ginger root
- 1 chili pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup yellow lentils
- 1/4 cup red lentils
- 3 tablespoons TaoTao dark soy sauce
- 1 litre vegetable stock
- Sage leaves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Curry paste
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Step 1.
Heat the oil.

Add chopped chili, garlic, scallion, ginger, and leek.

Add curry paste.

Fry. Be careful not to burn the vegetables.

Cover with vegetable stock, add both types of lentils and soy sauce.

Cover the pot, let it simmer for 20 minutes.
