Ingredients
- Rice Vermicelli 1/3 opak.
- Soy sauce 20 ml
- Rice noodles vermicelli 1/3 pack.
- Soy sauce 20 ml
- 500 g pork loin
- 1/3 pack. TaoTao rice noodles vermicelli
- 1 can chickpea
- 1 egg
- 300 g champignon mushrooms
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoons TaoTao soy sauce
- Coriander
Preparing

Step 1.
Cut the pork loin into thin slices, tenderize until almost translucent.

Cover the rice noodles with hot water, cover the pot, drain when soft.

Drain the chickpea, blend, combine with the egg, mushrooms, and noodles.

Place the dough on the meat slices, roll so that the dough is safely inside.

Place on a baking tray, put in an oven pre-heated to 180 degrees, bake for around 40 minutes.

Step 6.
In the meantime fry the tomatoes on butter, add chopped onion, and sauce. Braise for a few minutes.

Add chopped coriander.

Serve pork chops with tomato sauce.
