Ingredients
- Rice vinegar 3% 1 łyżeczka
- Fish sauce 2 łyżeczki
- Soy sauce 1 łyżeczka
- Rice vinegar 3% 2 łyżeczki
- 1 teaspoon TaoTao rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons TaoTao fish sauce
- 200 g white rice
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons bread crumbs
- Fresh coriander
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
- 1 teaspoon spicy paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons millet flakes
- 1/2 l coconut oil
- 1 ripe mango
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 ml lime juice
Preparing

Step 1.
Cook the rice until very soft in slightly salted water. Let it cool down.

Transfer the rice to a bowl. Add eggs, cream cheese, millet flakes, bread crumbs, chopped coriander, spices, fish sauce, and sesame oil.

Combine all the ingredients.

Form walnut-sized balls. Dip in bread crumbs mixed with millet flakes.

Deep-fry in coconut oil for around 10 minutes, until the balls are golden-brown.

Let them cool down. Put on skewers, add a mint leaf.

Cut the mango into smaller pieces. Transfer to a pot.

Add crushed garlic flakes, lime juice. Keep on low heat until the mango softens, and the water evaporates.

Remove from the heat, add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil.

Stir.

Set aside to let it cool down.
