Ingredients
- Rice Vermicelli 1/2 opak.
- Soy sauce 25 ml
- Rice noodles vermicelli 1/2 pack.
- Soy sauce 25 ml
- 1/2 pack. TaoTao rice noodles vermicelli
- 500 g minced pork shoulder
- Parsley
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 pot fresh marjoram
- 5 tablespoons TaoTao soy sauce
- 5 eggs
- 6 red onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 l beer
- 6 tablespoons sugar
Preparing

Step 1.
Cover the noodles with hot water for a few minutes, drain when soft; cut into smaller parts when cooled down.

Combine the minced meat with parsley, noodles, chopped garlic, marjoram, soy sauce, and eggs.

Place into a heat-resistant container. Put in an oven pre-heated to 180 degrees, bake for 1 hour.

Step 4.
In the meantime, slice the onions, braise until soft.

Add beer and sugar. Braise, stirring occasionally, until the consistency of liquid honey is achieved.

Serve the roast sliced with a portion of the onion jam.
