- Rice Vermicelli 1/3 opak.
- Soy sauce 10 ml
- Rice paper 1 opak.
- Rice noodles vermicelli 1/3 pack.

- 200 g cooked potatoes
- Salt
- 3 white onions
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/3 pack. TaoTao rice noodles vermicelli
- 200 g white grated cheese
- 8 tablespoons canned lentils
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon TaoTao soy sauce
- 100 g smoked bacon
- 1 pack. TaoTao rice paper
Preparing

Step 1.
Peel the potatoes, cook in salted water, let them cool down, mince.

Dice one onion, fry until translucent.

Cover the noodles with hot water for a few minutes, strain, let them cool down, cut into smaller pieces.

Combine the potatoes with cheese, fried onion, noodles, and lentils crushed into a pulp.

Add pepper and soy sauce.

Place the rice paper sheets on a wet cloth. Wait for them to soak. Place a spoonful of the filling in the middle of each rice paper sheet, lift the edges, press together to create the dumplings.

Dice the bacon, place on a hot dry frying pan. When the fat melts, add diced onions. Fry until golden-brown.

When ready serve sprinkled with fried bacon and onion.
