- 15 TaoTao shrimp crisps
- 100 g salmon
- 20-30 mussels
- 2 handfuls roasted sunflower seeds
- Vinaigrette sauce
- 200 g mixed greens
- Cooking oil
- Salt and black pepper

Step 1.
Heat the oil, fry the shrimp crisps.

Add spices to taste.

Add spices to the salmon and mussels. Bake in an oven pre-heated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Put the greens on a plate, add salmon chunks, mussels, crushed shrimp crisps. Sprinkle with roasted sunflower seeds.
