- Teriyaki sauce 20 ml
- 20 ml Triyaki sauce
- 250 g Black Tiger shrimp
- 2 small eggs
- 4 tablespoons TaoTao Teriyaki sauce
- Juice from ½ a lemon
- 3/4 cup flour
- Ground pepper
- Cooking oil

Step 1.
Clean the shrimp.

If the shrimp are frozen, defrost.

Cover with two tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, ground pepper.

Prepare the tempura.

Beat the eggs, mix with flour and the remaining teriyaki sauce.

Hold the shrimp by the tails, dip in the tempura. Deep-fry for 2-3 minutes until golden-brown.
