Ingredients
- Rice Stick Noodle 1/4 opak.
- Rice vinegar 3% 10 ml
- Soy sauce 10 ml
- Rice noodles tagliatelle 1/4 pack.
- Rice vinegar 10 ml
- Soy sauce 10 ml
- 100 g smoked salmon, sliced
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 1/2 zucchini
- 150 g fresh pickled cucumbers
- 1/2 chili pepper
- 1/4 pack. TaoTao rice noodles tagliatelle
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Dresing:
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 7 tablespoons rapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon TaoTao rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons TaoTao soy sauce
Preparing

Step 1.
Roast the sunflower seeds on a dry frying pan. Let them cool down.

Cut the zucchini into 4 parts lengthwise, remove the middle, cut the rest into strips.

Cut the cucumbers into halves lengthwise, then cut diagonally into thick slices.

Remove the seeds from the chili pepper, slice thinly.

Cover the noodles with hot water or vegetable stock for a few minutes, strain, let them cool down.

Pour the honey into a bowl, add pressed garlic. Slowly add oil, stirring vigorously.

Add rice vinegar and soy sauce.

Combine all the ingredients other than the salmon with the dressing, place on a plate, place the salmon on top. Decorate with fresh coriander
