Ingredients
- Soy sauce 15 ml
- Rice Stick Noodle 1/2 opak.
- Garlic chili sauce 15 ml
- Soy sauce 15 ml
- Rice noodles tagliatelle 1/2 opak.
- Garlic chili sauce 15 ml
- 200 g pork fillet
- 3 tablespoons TaoTao soy sauce
- 1 lime
- 1 spring onion
- 3 mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- 1/2 pack. TaoTao rice noodles tagliatelle
- 50 ml rapeseed oil
- 50 g snow peas
- 3 tablespoons TaoTao garlic chili sauce
- 1/2 pot fresh coriander
Preparing

Step 1.
Cut the fillet into thin strips. Cover with soy sauce, set aside for around 20 minutes.

Squeeze the lime juice, slice the spring onion diagonally, slice the garlic and mushrooms. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper, slice thinly.

Cover the noodles with lightly salted hot water. Strain when soft.

Pour oil on a heated wok. Add pork strips. When it’s browned, add mushrooms, snow peas, chili, and garlic.

It’s important to remember that when cooking stir-fry dishes crispy vegetables are very important. That’s why you should fry your vegetables quickly and on very high heat.

Finally, add noodles, lime juice, garlic chili sauce, spring onion, and fresh coriander. Fry everything again briefly.

Serve sprinkled with fresh coriander.
