Ingredients
- Soy and mushroom sauce 3 łyżki
- 10 eggs
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 15-20 champignon mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon capers
- Chopped chives
- Thyme
- 3 tablespoons TaoTao soy-mushroom sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Step 1.
Dice the mushrooms finely, fry on a small amount of oil. Add salt, pepper, and TaoTao soy-mushroom sauce. Let them cool down. Hard-boil the eggs. Remove the shells, cut in halves. Hollow out the yolks, crush with a fork while adding cottage cheese, mayonaise, mushrooms, and chopped chives. Add spices to taste and mix thoroughly. Stuff the egg-whites.
