Ingredients
- Rice paper 1 opakowanie
- 50 g walnut
- 50 g hazelnut
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons cane sugar
- 1 pack TaoTao rice paper
- Cooking oil
- Chopped pistachio nuts
Preparing

Step 1.
Chop the nuts finely. Melt the butter, mix with honey and sugar. Cover the nuts with the mixture, stir thoroughly. Let it cool down.

Soak each sheet of rice paper in warm water for a few seconds. Place the sheet on a cutting board, place a spoon of nut filling on the top part. Roll tightly, the way you would roll small spring rolls or croquettes. Heat a decent amount of cooking oil, fry on each side for 10-20 seconds (you can also bake them in an oven until golden-brown). Serve sprinkled with chopped pistachio nuts.
