- Soy and mushroom sauce 2 łyżki
- 1,5-2 l vegetable broth
- Sourdough
- White sausage
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 10 mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons TaoTao soy-mushroom sauce
- 25 g TaoTao Mun mushrooms
- 150 g sour cream
- 2 tablespoons grated horseradish
- Parsley
- Black pepper, dried marjoram
Preparing

Step 1.
Prepare the mun mushrooms according to the instructions on the box.

Peel the potatoes, dice them. Dice the mushrooms, slice the carrot.

Add all the vegetables to the hot broth and cook until they soften. Add sourdough and cream mixed with horseradish. Mix thoroughly and boil. Add spices, pressed garlic, and parsley. Serve with fried sausage slices and halved hard-boiled eggs.
