Ingredients
- Dark soy sauce 15 ml
- Rice Stick Noodle 50 g
- Garlic chili sauce 100 ml
- Dark soy sauce 15 ml
- Rice noodles tagliatelle 50 g
- Garlic chili sauce 100 ml
- 500 g chicken wings
- 4 tablespoons TaoTao rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons TaoTao dark soy sauce
- 3 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1/2 l vegetable oil
- 1/2 pack. TaoTao rice noodles tagliatelle
- 100 g peanuts
- 1/2 bottle TaoTao garlic chili sauce
- 2 limes
Preparing

Step 1.
Wash the wings, dry.

Cover with rice vinegar and soy sauce. Set aside for 1 hour in the fridge.

Beat the egg whites on one plate, combine the flours on another.

Dip the wings in the egg whites first, then in flour.

Step 5.
Fry on high heat. When golden-brown and crispy place on paper towels.

Put dry rice noodles on the pan. Fry until crispy.

Remove from the pan, crush along with the peanuts.

Step 8.
Dip the wings in garlic chili sauce, then cover with peanut and noodle crumbs.

Serve with lime slices.
