Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1/2 yellow chili pepper
- 4 tablespoons TaoTao chili & basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley
Preparing

Step 1.
Slice the zucchini into "spaghetti" with a special vegetable peeler, a pencil sharpener, or a spiral peeler. Should you not have such advanced kitchen appliances, a normal vegetable peeler should suffice - just use it to cut the zucchini into thin tagliatelle-like strips.

Step 2.
On a wok, heat TaoTao chili & basil, add chopped yellow chili pepper, pressed or chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Fry until the garlic becomes fragrant. Add zucchini, stir and fry for about 3-4 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with parsley.
